Are you a motivated Science Tutor eager to support students in reaching their full potential? A highly-regarded secondary school in Croydon is looking for a passionate individual to join their team this September as a Science Tutor.

This full-time Science Tutor position is ideal for aspiring Science teachers or experienced tutors looking to gain in-school experience and make a genuine impact on students' academic journeys within Science.

The Role | Science Tutor

• Full-Time Science Tutor (Contract)
• Available to Science Graduates with a 2:1 or higher degree classification
• September 2025 start through to July 2026
• £500+ per week PAYE (term-time only)
• Potential route into salaried teacher training

As a Science Tutor, you will work predominantly within the Science department, delivering targeted academic support across KS3, KS4, and KS5. You'll support students in small groups and one-to-one sessions, helping to boost confidence and improve attainment. While your timetable will focus mainly on Science, you will also be expected to contribute as a dynamic and flexible team member by supporting in other areas of the school as required.
