A global analytical testing firm is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide infrastructure support across the UK and Ireland. The role involves resolving hardware and software issues, configuring PCs, and ensuring high levels of customer care. Ideal candidates will have strong Windows support and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Travel to other Eurofins UK sites may be required.
As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide IT infrastructure support to users based at supported sites across the UK and Ireland.
