A leading interactive entertainment company is seeking an HR Project Coordinator to manage key HR projects from initiation to completion. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring timely project delivery, and applying project management methodologies. Strong communication skills and an understanding of HR processes are essential. This position offers a flexible, hybrid working environment in West London and a comprehensive benefits package.

REPORTING TO: Programme Manager
The HR Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating key HR Projects through the full lifecycle; from initiation to close. The role will support the Programme Manager to track project progress to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope & within budget. This role will play a vital part in our ongoing change management journey, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver positive and impactful change across our Head Office and studios. Sitting in our HR team, you’ll be agile in your approach to projects, tailoring solutions to the multifaceted nature of SEGA. Strong storytelling skills are key as you’ll communicate at all levels of the business.
