We have a fantastic opportunity and super excited to be supporting a well-established organisation to appoint an experienced Head of HR to lead its people function and work closely with senior leadership.

This is a senior, hands‑on role with real scope to shape how HR operates, balancing strategic input with strong operational delivery.

The Opportunity

As Head of HR, you'll take ownership of the full people agenda, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and ensuring HR supports the business effectively on all people‑focused matters, including but not limited to:

  • Partnering closely with senior leaders on people decisions
  • Strengthening performance, capability and accountability across the business
  • Managing complex employee relations with confidence and consistency
  • Evolving approaches to hiring, development and retention
  • Overseeing payroll, HR operations, policies and compliance
  • Shaping reward, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives
  • Leading and developing the HR and office support team
About You

You'll be a commercially minded, senior HR generalist with the confidence to operate at pace and build credibility quickly.

CIPD qualified, with strong employee relations experience and a warm, pragmatic approach.
