We have a fantastic opportunity and super excited to be supporting a well-established organisation to appoint an experienced Head of HR to lead its people function and work closely with senior leadership.
This is a senior, hands‑on role with real scope to shape how HR operates, balancing strategic input with strong operational delivery.
As Head of HR, you'll take ownership of the full people agenda, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and ensuring HR supports the business effectively on all people‑focused matters, including but not limited to:
You'll be a commercially minded, senior HR generalist with the confidence to operate at pace and build credibility quickly.
CIPD qualified, with strong employee relations experience and a warm, pragmatic approach.
