Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Administrator to join our Distribution Centre in Bedford. This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performance HR team, a vital part of keeping over 750 stores stocked and ready to serve our 4 million customers every week.

Responsibilities
  • Providing strong administration support to our HR Team, including HR Business Partners and Advisors.
  • Managing the HR email inbox, ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a timely fashion.
  • Updating employee personal files.
  • Ensuring Right to Work documentation are up to date and compliant with legal frameworks.
  • Providing sound advice in HR matters to employees as required.
  • We are after someone who can communicate with colleagues at all levels of the business, is organised, and can juggle multiple tasks at once. We value an understanding of and experience dealing with different cultures.
Qualifications
  • Strong, demonstratable administration experience is a must!
  • Great time management.
  • A working knowledge of Right to Work requirements is highly desired.
  • Some experience using HR systems is desired but not essential.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritising your workload.
