Qualifikationen
- Solid HR experience and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- CIPD qualification (or working towards it) would be a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust at every level.
Aufgaben
- Leading and resolving ER cases with confidence.
- Owning the full recruitment cycle from job specs to onboarding.
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle from start to finish.
- Keeping HRIS data accurate and reliable.
- Coordinating benefits and essential HR administration.
