Job summary

A professional recruitment firm in the UK is seeking a capable HR Advisor to drive best practice and support the business’s people agenda. This role involves managing ER cases, leading the recruitment cycle, and enhancing workplace culture. Ideal candidates will have solid HR experience, knowledge of UK employment law, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

  • Solid HR experience and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards it) would be a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust at every level.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and resolving ER cases with confidence.
  • Owning the full recruitment cycle from job specs to onboarding.
  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle from start to finish.
  • Keeping HRIS data accurate and reliable.
  • Coordinating benefits and essential HR administration.

What you'll be doing :

In this dynamic, high-impact role, you'll be at the heart of our people agenda - driving best practice, solving problems, and supporting every corner of the business. Expect variety, pace and plenty of influence :

Leading and resolving ER cases with confidence - disciplinaries, grievances, absences, redundancies & more

Owning the full recruitment cycle : job specs, interviews, feedback and seamless onboarding

Managing the entire employee lifecycle from start to finish

Keeping HRIS data accurate, insightful and reliable

Coordinating benefits, inductions and essential HR administration

Supporting HR projects and contributing to policy development

Providing accurate payroll information

Enhancing culture by organising company-wide social events

What you'll bring :
