A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support HR management, manage recruitment processes, and ensure compliance with legal HR requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR roles and be capable of handling various HR functions effectively. This position is based in Wembley, United Kingdom.

- Knowledge of HR compliance and legal requirements.

- Support the HR Manager with HR management.
- Manage the recruitment process.
- Oversee HR compliance and checks.
- Maintain staff records and changes.
- Handle ER issues and procedures.
If you are an experienced HR Advisor and are seeking a responsible role with a progressive and very successful organisation.
- Supporting the HR Manager with the day to day management of the HR function
- Managing recruitment process from instigation stage through to appointment
- Overseeing HR compliance, right to work checks, reference checks and DBS checks
- Maintaining accurate and up to date staff records ensuring all changes are recorded
- Handling ER issues, dealing with disciplinary and grievance cases
- Ensuring HR processes and procedures are in line with legal requirements
