A leading UK university is seeking an Interim Deputy Director of HR to drive the transformation of its HR function. This role requires significant senior HR leadership experience, particularly in complex, unionized environments like higher education. The successful candidate will focus on improving operational delivery and maintaining exceptional HR services. The position offers hybrid working arrangements and a supportive environment for change agents.

Working closely with our Interim HR Director, you'll lead the transformation of our HR function while taking full ownership of operational delivery. You'll ensure our services are efficient, responsive, and people-centred-supporting colleagues across the university and enabling them to thrive.
