What will the Head of HR role involve?
  • Lead and develop the People function, overseeing HR operations, business partnering, and employee engagement to drive organisational effectiveness
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and deliver strategic people initiatives aligned with company goals and values
  • Champion a culture of performance, wellbeing, and recognition through innovative frameworks and programmes
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and lead continuous improvement across HR policies and processes
  • Manage a talented People team and be a trusted adviser on complex employee relations and organisational development
  • Harness data insights to inform workforce planning, talent development, and strategic decision‑making
