The Role

At Beyond Nine, we’re on a mission to grow our community, elevate our brand, and connect more deeply with our audience. We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and highly collaborative Content Creator & Producer to join our expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being behind (and sometimes in front of) the camera, thrives on producing beautiful content, and knows how to bring a brand’s story to life across channels. You’ll be responsible for creating and producing brand-owned content, managing e-commerce shoots, and curating our social media channels to deliver inspiring and engaging stories that resonate with our audience.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Beyond Nine shows up online—balancing creativity with strategy, and elevating our visual and editorial presence across platforms.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

• Own the development and production of brand content—video, photography, copy, graphics—from concept through to execution.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee e-commerce shoots, including liaising with photographers, stylists, and models to ensure assets are delivered on time and on brand.
• Lead the creation of social-first content (Reels, TikToks, stories, editorial shoots, campaign visuals) that feels native to each platform.
• Be proactive in spotting opportunities for brand storytelling, seasonal moments, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Maintain a high standard of visual consistency, ensuring all content reflects Beyond Nine’s aesthetic and values.
• Manage and mentor the Social Media Assistant and Copywriter to ensure aligned, high-quality output across all channels.

Social Media Management

• Plan and manage the content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Post and schedule content, monitor performance, and optimise based on insights and analytics.
• Manage daily community interactions—responding to comments, nurturing audience relationships, and amplifying UGC.
• Stay ahead of social trends and experiment with new formats and creative techniques.
• Oversee the Social Media Assistant and Copywriter in executing day-to-day social content and copy, ensuring brand consistency.

Brand Growth & Collaboration

• Work closely with Brand, PR, and Digital teams to deliver cohesive campaigns across organic and paid channels.
• Partner with Ecommerce and Product teams to ensure launches and commercial priorities are supported with strong creative content.
• Support influencer and creator collaborations through content briefs and amplification across channels.
• Act as a key creative voice within the business, bringing fresh ideas and energy to brand storytelling.

Skills & Experience

4–5+ years’ experience in content creation/production, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands.

Strong portfolio showcasing content production across photography, video, and social-first formats.

Experience managing and delivering e-commerce or brand shoots.

Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or similar.

Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices (especially Instagram & TikTok).

A balance of creativity and organisation—you’re equally comfortable storyboarding a concept as you are managing a shoot schedule.

Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.

A collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Strong affinity with the Beyond Nine customer and brand aesthetic.
