About the Role

Seeking an experienced Head of HR to join a well-established organisation during an exciting period of ambitious growth. This is a leadership role, directly reporting to the CEO, focused on delivering HR strategy and nurturing a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all payroll input undertaken by the HR team, ensuring procedures are regularly reviewed for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Play a key role in the annual salary review process.

Maintain a sound, up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

Deliver HR strategy (without being directly involved in planning).

Support organisational growth, including involvement in acquisitions or mergers where TUPE experience will be highly advantageous.

Monthly / occasional travel to their London offices for Committee / Board meetings.

Inspire, mentor, and develop an established, collaborative and effective HR team.

We’re looking for someone who

Has proven senior HR leadership experience and brings strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.

Who is empathetic in nature, pragmatic and embraces change. A decisive leader that excels in communication, has scrupulous attention to detail and able to get the best from people.

Thrives in delivering HR strategy at a senior level.

Ideally has experience with mergers, acquisitions, and TUPE processes.

Is confident in balancing strategic delivery with team development.
