Job description

This Interim Head of HR job ideally starting in January 2026 is available on a 12 - 14 month contract

You will be joining a leading, national financial advisory firm that consists of over 450 staff, specialising in providing investments, pension and life insurance advice to thousands of customers. The business has an excellent employee NPS score and delivers a fantastic, supportive team culture.

As Interim Head of HR, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and leading a team of 4 / 5 HR staff. The 2026 strategy and projects have been set, therefore they are looking for an experienced individual, capable of maintaining a steady ship and delivering on the planned projects.

As such, you will be involved in variety of HR related projects and be part of various steering committees for the benefit of the overall group companies. You will be accountable for developing best practice for people management from reward, recruitment, talent management and ongoing communications. Plus, you will support the People team deliver an excellent function on relationship building and supporting managers to increase their capability on people related issues.
