A recruitment agency in Greater London is seeking an Estate Assistant for a part-time role in Beckenham. You will provide support to older adults by conducting welfare and health checks, ensuring the building's maintenance, and communicating daily with residents. Ideal candidates will have experience in maintenance and building compliance. This is a temp ongoing position offering 20 hours per week.

- Experience working with older adults (Aged 55+).
- Previous experience dealing with maintenance and building compliance is ideal.

- Complete daily and weekly health and safety checks on site.

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit an Estate Assistant based in Beckenham, BR3.
- 20 hours per week. Monday – Friday 9am – 1pm
- This is a temp ongoing role to start ASAP
- Pay rate- £15.05ph PAYE- £19.10ph UMB
The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme and ensure the building is kept up to standard as required. There will also be regular welfare checks, healthy and safety checks on the building and reporting and overseeing any maintenance required.

- Based in Beckenham.
- Previous experience dealing with maintenance and building compliance would be ideal.
- Welfare checks on residents.
- Completing daily and weekly health and safety checks on site, ensuring maintenance is completed as required.
- Reporting any maintenance requirements.
- Arranging works to be completed as required, dealing with contractors
