Job summary

A leading MEP contractor is seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager for a marquee commercial project in London. Responsibilities include managing mechanical installations and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in large-scale commercial schemes and will work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery. Salary range is £65,000 - £70,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager on large-scale commercial CAT A & B schemes.

Overview

We are working with one of the largest MEP contractors in the UK, who are seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager to join their delivery team on a marquee commercial CAT A & B scheme in London.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the delivery of mechanical installations across the project
• Oversee and lead mechanical subcontractors, ensuring quality, programme, and H&S standards are maintained
• Work closely with the wider project team to ensure smooth coordination and successful completion

Experience / Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager on large-scale commercial CAT A & B schemes

Project Details

This role will see you working as part of an established project team, alongside a Project Engineer, Project Manager, and CAD team, on a £50 million MEP package. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience of delivering similar high-value schemes, with the ability to lead and drive mechanical works on site.
