Job summary

A leading construction recruitment agency in the UK is seeking a Construction Manager/Project Manager for a 2-year placement in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience on major projects worth over £100m. Responsibilities include delivering projects from bid to on-site. The position offers £350 - £400 per day based on experience.

  • Tier 1 experience in construction.

Construction Manager / Project Manager

  • £350 - £400 / Day (CIS, LTD, PAYE available)
  • Location: Leeds
  • Contract: 2 Year placement
Responsibilities
  • Take packages from bid and planning through to on-site delivery.
  • Work closely with in-house staff including planners and design manager, as well as external bodies including client-facing and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
  • Experience taking projects from pre-con to handover.
  • Experience working on major projects (stadiums, shopping centres, hospitals) with values above £100m.
  • Tier 1 experience.
  • CSCS Black/White, SMSTS, First Aid.
