Overview

Site Supervisor (Substation/National Grid)

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (£70,000 OTE) + Automatic daily overtime + Stay away bonus + Vehicle + Health insurance + Bonus

Location: Birmingham

Due to continued growth, a market-leading company providing substation engineering solutions is looking to expand their team. The role offers an autonomous site management position supporting ongoing projects across the Midlands and UK-wide.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management on various sites, some requiring stay-away travel
• Overseeing wiring and on-site activities
• Completing reports and liaising with the wider management team to update project progress
• Support and coordinate with electrical teams and client expectations

Requirements

• Background in DNO environments, substations, or high-voltage electrical projects
• Full UK driving license
