Job summary
A well-respected estate agency in Alfreton is seeking an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. This role involves engaging closely with potential buyers, conducting viewings, and finalizing deals in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous estate agency experience, exceptional communication skills, and a full UK driving license. This position offers the potential for significant earnings and opportunities for career progression within the agency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in estate agency is essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
- Full UK driving license and personal vehicle is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Work with potential buyers to inform them about available properties.
- Conduct property viewings and facilitate deal closures.
- Keep vendors updated on all associated products.

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their team in their busy and successful Alfreton office. You will join a successful and polished Estate Agency team of like-minded individuals where you will be an integral part of the team. As a Estate Agent Sales Negotiator you will work closely with potential buyers to ensure they are kept up to date with all possible properties that are available for sale. Conducting viewings and tying up deals in a fast paced environment. You will also ensure you have made your vendors aware of all associated products.
- Previous Estate Agency Experience
- Well Presented and Well Spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player with excellent organisational skills
- Full UK driving license and car
- Exceptional customer service skills
