A leading UK home improvement retailer is seeking a Talent Manager to drive their Talent & Performance strategy. This role involves operationalising talent reviews, managing leadership development, and overseeing apprenticeship strategies. The Talent Manager turns B&Q’s Talent & Performance strategy into action. They make sure we have strong, diverse pipelines and clear pathways that help colleagues grow and succeed.
