This role is a mix of 24 hours on nursing shifts and 16 hours supernumerary shifts per week, with full flexibility required. • As a Clinical Deputy Manager, take the lead in ensuring outstanding levels of clinical care are provided to residents at all times.
• Support the Clinical Lead Nurse and deputise for the Registered Manager in their absence.
• Offer supervision, support and training to Nurse, Senior Carer and Care Assistant colleagues.
• Ensure at all times a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors.

• Applicants should be dedicated, proactive and trustworthy RGN or RMN with proven supervisory experience and either experience of, or a keen interest in, working in a nursing home environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as are an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work and a keen interest in professional development of themselves and others.
• Must be a Registered Nurse holding a valid NMC pin.
