We are seeking a motivated, organised, and experienced Deputy Manager to support the Nursery Manager and lead our team to deliver the very best standards of care and education.
As Deputy Manager, you will:
- Support the Nursery Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, taking charge in their absence.
- Act as a strong role model for staff, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and care.
- Work closely with room leaders to ensure quality routines, continuous provision, and environments reflect the Curiosity Approach ethos.
- Support with staff development coaching, mentoring, and ensuring consistency in practice (and more).
