Ideally, youll have completed a Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care and are prepared to work towards Level 3 qualification in Adult Care or equivalent,a background in person centeredcare planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia. Whats essential, though, is your brilliant positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. Youll know what good record keeping looks like and be able to manage your time effectively. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, youll be truly considerate and kind.
