We’re looking for a proactive HR Officer to join a small but business-critical HR team within a leading international organisation. This office-based role offers part-time hours (2–3 days per week) and the chance to provide a comprehensive HR service across the employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to HR systems, reporting, training, and offboarding.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
- Coordinate inductions, probation reviews & leaver processes
- Maintain HR systems & produce reports/metrics
- Provide payroll data & monitor absences
- Oversee training & development activity
- Ensure compliance and support HR best practice
- 3+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
- Confident IT user (MS Office; HRIS experience, ideally Cezanne)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- £33,000 per annum FTE + benefits
- Part-time role: 2–3 days per week
