A leading defense solutions provider in the UK seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to drive employee engagement and support management. The role offers flexible hybrid working, requiring onsite presence 3 days a week. Ideal candidates will have an HR generalist background with strong communication and relationship management skills. HR Business Partner role allows flexible working but does require being onsite 3 days a week across Beckington and Bristol sites.
The salary for this role is up to £50k, depending on experience.
