A leading telecommunications company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive people strategies and support leaders across multiple sites in Slough. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HR experience, possess strong communication skills, and hold a CIPD qualification. Circet UK is currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing team! Reporting to the Head of HR (UK), this role plays a vital part in aligning our people strategy with business goals, supporting leaders across multiple sites to deliver exceptional results through engaged, high-performing teams. You'll be a trusted partner to leadership and employees, shaping a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth across the business.
2+ years' experience in an HR role at Advisor or Coordinator level. Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of an organisation. Experience supporting multi-site teams or remote environments is desirable.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity. Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing business priorities.
CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or willingness to work towards). Full UK Driving Licence (due to travel requirements).
