Harrison Bridge is proud to be partnering with a long-established, highly trusted energy consultancy as they enter an exciting new phase of growth. We are searching for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), a high-impact role designed to help scale an already successful business.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own day-to-day commercial performance while playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s long-term growth strategy.

At the heart of the proposition is a proprietary, AI-enabled platform, empowering clients to manage their entire utility estate all in one place.

As CCO, you will have full accountability for the performance and growth of three commercial teams, spanning : Lead Generation, Business Development, Account Management. Your mandate is to optimise and scale revenue growth, improve consistency of delivery, and elevate the overall customer experience.

This is a high-impact commercial leadership role within a profitable, well-run, and highly ambitious organisation. You’ll work closely with a visionary CEO, with genuine autonomy to shape strategy and build a best-in-class commercial engine.

• Hybrid role : candidates must be able to commit to three days per week at HQ in Scotland . Please apply only if this is feasible.
• Sector experience required : candidates with a career background in energy and / or utilities will be prioritised.
