Job summary
A telecom service provider is seeking an Operational Systems Support (OSS) Engineer for a 6-month contract with a start date of ASAP. Most of the work is expected to be remote, although there may be occasional travel to customer sites. Candidates should be SC Eligible or SC CLEARED and must have BPSS clearance. The role involves improving service focus, managing fault tickets, and applying administration on OSS applications. The daily rate is £365 outside of IR35.

- Experience with OSS applications and fault ticket management.
Responsibilities
- Improve service and customer focus in OSS Operations.
- Manage the resolution of fault tickets and support application administration.
- Coordinate with IT teams for standard fixes.

As part of the OSS Operations team , improve service and customer focus and ensure that relevant parties are kept informed throughout any engagement. Own support of the OSS applications; manage the resolution of fault tickets and the progress of general administration duties as required. Pass to 4th line support where required.
