A telecom service provider is seeking an Operational Systems Support (OSS) Engineer for a 6-month contract with a start date of ASAP. Most of the work is expected to be remote, although there may be occasional travel to customer sites. Candidates should be SC Eligible or SC CLEARED and must have BPSS clearance. The role involves improving service focus, managing fault tickets, and applying administration on OSS applications. The daily rate is £365 outside of IR35.
