A public sector client in West Yorkshire is looking for a HR Business Partner to manage strategic HR initiatives and lead workforce planning within a complex organisation. The candidate should hold a CIPD Level 7 or equivalent and possess strong stakeholder engagement skills. This is a temporary full-time position offering £24 per hour Umbrella LTD inside IR35.
A client within the Public Sector based in West Yorkshire is currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, temporary position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority within a strategic HR and transformation environment.
Key purpose of the role is to partner with senior leaders to deliver the Council's HR and workforce agenda, leading on organisational change, workforce planning and strategic people initiatives aligned to the Council Plan.
To be considered for this role you will require a CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent qualification) and extensive experience of HR business partnering within a large, complex organisation.
The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £24 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35 (approx. £21.10 per hour PAYE).
