They require an 18-month Maternity FTC Product Development Manager, Buyer, or Senior Product Developer to ensure the timely delivery of a cost-effective, sustainable, and commercial collection for this Ecommerce brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of fashion garments and accessories
• Build ranges and plan ranges with merchandising
• Negotiate all costings and set pricing structures
• Manage the supplier base, ensuring the right partnerships for the right products
• Ensure the designer's vision is delivered
• Sourcing fabric and trims
• Maintain critical path & delivery schedules
• Attend and contribute to trade meetings
• Review data analytically and suggest improvements for future collections
• Attend fittings with the garment technology team, ensuring product remains commercial
• Lead and inspire the team, working closely with other departments
