We are seeking a Marketing Manager (f / m / d) for our Institutional Division in France. This role is tailored for a visionary manager eager to shape the marketing strategies for a diverse clientele, including full-service restaurants, catering businesses, the lodging industry, long-term care homes, multi-service providers, and marine businesses. As the Marketing Manager for the Institutional Division in France, you will demonstrate:
- Market Strategy Expertise & Growth: Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the French market, ensuring they align with European strategies and local priorities. This includes developing the marketing plan of the perimeter consistently with strategies and priorities – by Segment. Support and improve topline growth plans and support to set & achieve strategic goals related to agreed metrics.
- Marketing Executional Excellence & Communication Focus: Drive marketing communication efforts to enhance brand perception and customer engagement. Ensure the execution of marketing activities is of the highest quality. Own the creation and execution of a comprehensive communication plan that resonates with the French market, while aligning and influencing the local Sales organization on the country marketing plan execution.
- Innovation and Project Oversight: Oversee the launch and implementation of innovations, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Work as a team with Category & Segment and TechServ & Training to execute innovation launches and achieve country targets on innovation sales.
- Sustainability Ambassador: Serve as an ambassador in sustainability, integrating sustainable practices into marketing strategies and communications, and promoting Ecolab’s commitment to environmental stewardship.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer and sales relationships, capturing relevant insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives. Support Sales and the local leadership in new business development initiatives.
- Ownership and Accountability: Become a Strategic Partner to the Divisional Manager – demonstrating accountability and reliability in the pursuit of our goals.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Bachelor’s degree and eight years of professional experience or master’s degree with five to six years of experience.
- Strong expertise in developing marketing strategies and communication plans, with a focus on sustainability.
- Experience with digital marketing, including social media and content marketing.
- High competence in project management, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, assertive communication, and the ability to influence and drive the organization.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- A well-structured and organized approach to work.
- French and English languages are required, further languages are beneficial.
