The Digital Channel Lead will collaborate with a cross-functional team to shape the digital funnel, from how customers discover to how they purchase Apple products through our channel partners. They will help shape ground-breaking and customer-centric experiences that consider global industry trends, consumer behaviour, and Apple’s core values. Responsibilities include testing, optimizing, and analyzing ideas; synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and business cases for implementing change; providing a deep understanding of industry trends and competitors’ activities to develop relevant opportunities that can drive business performance; developing presentations and best practices playbooks for customer workshops to inspire best-in-class Digital CX practices; collaborating with our central Digital teams to develop the digital playbook for South Europe accounts; and analyzing data insights, digital KPIs, and CX monitoring to report on current state and determine appropriate actions.
