The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to join our Sevilla office, working closely with global and international product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to deliver value-added solutions into the global Solera claims management platform, deployed worldwide for our customers.

What You’ll Do

1. Gain an in-depth understanding of the assigned product(s), including personas and use cases.
2. Align with Solera’s Demand Management process to prioritize features with the highest value within quarterly and sprint planning.
3. Work with Product Managers to prioritize the backlog and roll out features.
4. Analyze stakeholders’ needs, conduct brainstorming sessions, and extract requirements, workflows, and integration points.
5. Collaborate with Developers, QA, and Scrum Master to deliver valuable product increments, define epics and user stories, and participate in agile ceremonies.
6. Develop product documentation such as user guides and release notes to facilitate understanding and enablement of new functionalities.
7. Track and analyze product performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.

What You’ll Bring

1. At least 3 years of product owner experience with B2B web applications/platforms.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages like Portuguese, Spanish, French, or German are a plus.
3. Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify opportunities and pain points through data and stakeholder insights.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively convey requirements and goals.
5. Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
6. Strong technical awareness of web applications (HTML, CSS, XML, API) to manage features effectively.
7. BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
