We are hiring a Full-Time Customer Care Specialist to join our team—a passionate, high-performing, hands-on, and talented professional.

As part of the SkinvityTeam, your primary mission will be to connect with our customers in Spain and Europe, ensuring they have an exceptional experience and fostering their loyalty to our brand.

As a Customer Love Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing customers with an exceptional experience through a friendly, positive, and proactive attitude.
  2. Representing Skinvity's values in all customer interactions.
  3. Addressing doubts, inquiries, incidents, or suggestions via Skinvity's channels (social media, email, phone), demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs to assist effectively.
  4. Identifying and understanding customer needs to tailor actions accordingly.
  5. Gaining comprehensive knowledge of our product range to offer the best information and advice, including identifying cross-selling opportunities when appropriate.
  6. Ensuring orders follow established processes and resolving any deviations promptly.
  7. Managing orders, returns, and incidents on logistics platforms and marketplaces.
  8. Handling customer attention during relevant dates (promotions, Christmas campaigns, flash sales, Black Friday, etc.).
  9. Monitoring departmental metrics to understand current performance and proposing improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
  10. Occasionally supporting pop-up events or consulting campaigns at locations like El Corte Inglés.
  11. Collaborating effectively with team members, aligning individual goals with team objectives.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years of successful experience in customer advisory roles (international experience is a plus).
  2. Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish; Portuguese and French are valuable.
  3. Experience in the luxury or beauty sector is advantageous.
  4. Experience with social media platforms and ecommerce is beneficial.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Good multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
