Descripción del empleo

As a Provider Representative, you will be part of our new global Provider Services Organization, responsible for supporting our Health Care Partners with their daily inquiries. You will work closely with peers and stakeholders across the globe.

The role involves managing the end-to-end journey of partnerships with health provider accounts, such as hospitals and clinics, supporting them from onboarding to daily and monthly interactions with Cigna. You will help educate them on navigating the Cigna operating model and assist with claims and payments inquiries on a global scale (IHDS).

You will also handle more complex cases, such as provider complaints, resolving them in partnership with other stakeholders within PSO or Cigna as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Translation and Interpreting Foreign Languages or Accounting studies are highly valued.
  • Language Skills: Active knowledge of English (C1 level) is required. Proficiency in Portuguese, French, German, or Italian (B2 level) is also required to support our global providers in these languages.
