Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute AI sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence across Europe.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and engagement to negotiation and deal closure.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline ensuring continuous growth in AI opportunities.
• Cultivate strong longterm client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for AI solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities by analysing market trends industry challenges and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including technical specialists and marketing to tailor AI solutions to customer requirements.
• Stay ahead of AI industry advancements and ensure DXC remains at the forefront of AIdriven business solutions.
• Represent DXC at key industry events conferences and networking opportunities.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 8 years of experience in sales and business development with at least 3 years focused on AI solutions sales.
• Proven track record in developing negotiating and closing complex sales deals.
• Strong understanding of AI data analytics and cloudbased solutions with the ability to articulate value to enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and influence Clevel stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in AI machine learning or digital transformation solutions sales.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Sales certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) are an advantage.
