Our client is a unique startup with a mission to harness artificial intelligence to assist the visually impaired. They have developed an innovative, smart, wearable device with an intuitive interface to improve the daily lives of people with disabilities.

The client seeks to recruit exceptional individuals to join their team as Field Sales Managers. These are full-time, permanent, home-office positions with frequent travel.

REQUIREMENTS:
  1. 2+ years in B2B sales and business development
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills; comfortable working with people with special needs
  3. Fluent in German and English
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
  5. Coachable, self-starter, dependable, with good time management
  6. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Develop sales strategies and increase product sales in your territory
  2. Establish and maintain relationships with B2B partners, distributors, low vision organizations, clinics, and opticians
  3. Raise market awareness by collaborating with assistive technology agencies and community groups
  4. Participate in marketing activities, present and demonstrate products at conferences and to potential users
  5. Handle incoming leads promptly through partners
  6. Qualify prospects, demonstrate products, and close sales with end-users (B2C) when appropriate
  7. Train partners and users on device usage, benefits, and value proposition
  8. Coordinate daily with team members, report activities, and participate in sales meetings or calls
