Are you an experienced and motivated HR professional ready to take on an exciting challenge as a Human Resource Executive (m / f / d) at The Ascott Limited, Germany, until approximately the end of June 2026?

This limited-time position is based at Citadines City Centre Frankfurt, supporting 5 German and 1 Austrian properties, reporting to the HR Director based in Europe.

As a Human Resource Executive (m / f / d), your tasks include:

1. Talent scouting and HR partnership alongside the operational team—recruitment, hiring, selection, and onboarding are within your scope.
2. Managing personnel files and data accurately and in compliance with regulations.
3. Addressing workplace challenges effectively to support team success.
4. Handling payroll accounting and remuneration with confidence.
5. Managing various HR systems to ensure accurate and ready data for the business.

• You have strong German and English language skills.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field.
• You have relevant HR experience.
• You are familiar with labor laws and HR procedures.
