As a Business Analyst for Legal & Compliance, you will be at the forefront of our digitalization journey, working closely with the Group Legal & Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of our legal departments. • Support the Group Legal & Compliance team in their digital transformation and take ownership of IT projects and services
• Translate business challenges into clear requirements and develop tailored IT solutions
• Act as a consultant applying in-depth functional, contextual, and organizational knowledge to support business needs
• Coordinate project portfolios, budgets, and reporting activities while ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Ensure stable operations of IT services and continuously drive improvements
• Manage external providers and foster effective collaboration for successful project and service delivery

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related field with experience in a tech-driven environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a structured and goal-oriented approach
• Knowledge of digitalization, data, and IT architecture, combined with an innovative mindset
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
• Fluency in German and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in international teams
• Independent working style with a proactive attitude towards digital transformation
