Qualifikationen

• 5+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche, davon 3 Jahre im Werkcontrolling.
• Tiefes Verständnis von finanziellen Modellierungstechniken und KPIs.

For our Controlling division, at our location in Pasewalk, we are looking for a Head of FP&A Operations (m/w/d).

Your Shoes To Fill

• You will drive compliance, transparency, and profitability in our modern production plant—primarily injection molding technology—by partnering with the local organization and linking to the Group Finance Function.
• You will serve as the business partner to the local Managing Director and the plant leadership team.
• You will prepare budgets and forecasts for management.
• You will generate regular reports (cost and performance indicators, e.g., target/actual analyses and productivity), comment on them, and derive recommendations for action.
• You will prepare and present analyses, reports, and business cases for all management levels, including ad-hoc analyses.
• You will support investment projects by reviewing, approving, and recalculating profitability calculations.
• You will develop and coach the plant controller at the site, sharing tasks as needed.

Your Walk Of Life

• You have completed studies in business administration (or equivalent) or industrial engineering, ideally with a focus on controlling.
• You have 5+ years of experience in finance, including at least 3 years in plant controlling, with knowledge of standard costing variance analysis.
• You possess a deep understanding of financial modeling techniques and relevant KPIs.
• You have excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, along with good SAP knowledge (modules: FI/CO/MM). Experience with Standard Cost setups (preferably SAP COPA) and SAP S/4HANA is desirable.
• You have a solution-oriented and analytical personality with a hands-on approach, and you are extroverted with strong communication skills, capable of connecting and presenting to various organizational levels.
• You are fluent in English (B2+) and German (B2+).
