A&V Nutri Pharm GmbH is a fast-growing international trading company specializing in high-quality nutritional products, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG goods. We are actively expanding into various European markets and are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to develop our client base and distribution network across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and acquire B2B customers, including pharmacies, wholesalers, healthcare stores, and distributors across European countries.
  2. Promote and sell our product portfolio, including infant & adult nutrition, dietary supplements, pharma products, and fast-moving consumer goods.
  3. Build strong and long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  4. Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and online meetings to present products and negotiate terms.
  5. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  6. Provide customer support and handle orders, deliveries, and feedback.
  7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis in your assigned region.
  8. Cooperate with logistics, purchasing, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  1. Experience in sales/business development, preferably in pharmaceutical, nutrition, or FMCG sectors.
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus (e.g., French, Spanish, Polish, Dutch, etc.).
  4. Knowledge of the European healthcare and distribution landscape is a strong advantage.
  5. Independent, results-driven, and proactive attitude.
  6. Based in Europe and willing to travel if necessary.
