Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

1. Strategic Leadership
   • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's culture, vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
   • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters.
   • Advise Group HR on updates and changes to national HR policies.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management
   • Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of top talent across Europe.
   • Implement robust talent management processes, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
3. Employee Experience & Engagement
   • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
   • Drive employee engagement initiatives and develop programs to enhance satisfaction and retention.
4. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
   • Lead efforts to promote DEI within the organization, ensuring an inclusive and respectful workplace for all employees.
5. Compensation & Benefits
   • Oversee the design and administration of competitive and equitable compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
6. Organizational Development
   • Lead organizational development efforts, including change management, workforce planning, and HR process improvement in Europe.
   • Review, formulate, and ensure continuous improvement of HR practices and procedures.
7. Compliance & Risk Management
   • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
   • Develop risk management strategies related to HR functions.

Anforderungen

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in senior leadership roles.
• Solid understanding of industrial, employee, and labor relations, including regulations and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Living close to Emmerich am Rhein, Düsseldorf, or Delden (NL).
• Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, talent management, DEI, and organizational development.
• Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of HR information systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
