We work closely with clients in Consulting, Healthcare Communications, Commercial Services, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs. For our client Celltrion, a Biosimilar Market Leader, we are seeking a Regional Business Manager (f/m/d) Oncology.
Role Overview
The Regional Business Manager (RBM) manages the company's oncology portfolio by engaging with regional stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, hospitals, and networks. Responsibilities include expanding business volume, supporting marketing strategies, and developing stakeholder projects. The RBM oversees all cross-functional activities within their geographic area and maintains ongoing communication with key customers to build holistic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Act as a knowledgeable contact for oncology-therapeutic physicians and stakeholders, promoting the use of oncology drugs.
- Plan and execute activities targeting specialist groups and support staff within oncology.
- Work with Market Access to reduce local market barriers.
- Provide scientific advice regarding monoclonal antibodies and other oncology drugs.
- Share experiences and pass on information about medicines to the back office.
- Develop and implement engagement formats and projects in collaboration with marketing, medical, and market access teams.
- Present latest product data and maintain existing customer relationships while acquiring new ones.
- Achieve company goals through strategic planning and event organization.
- Handle administrative tasks, maintain customer databases, analyze sales trends, and manage budgets.
- Participate in conferences and regional events, monitor competitors, and ensure compliance.
- Utilize IT systems effectively and collaborate with back-office teams.
Requirements
- Degree in pharmacy, medicine, veterinary medicine, chemistry, biology, or related fields.
- Strong contacts within oncology healthcare networks and stakeholders.
- Proven success in relevant roles is desirable.
- Knowledge of decision drivers in treatment, reimbursement, and health economics.
- Experience supporting marketing activities and managing projects.
- Experience in pharmaceutical field service, especially with biologicals or biosimilars, is a plus.
- Excellent customer orientation, communication skills, and reliability.
- Fluent in German and English; willing to travel; valid driver’s license (B).
