Your mission with us
As an IT Systems Administrator (f/m/x), you will play a key role in keeping our team productive and secure by supporting our Mac-based IT environment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to ongoing improvements in IT processes. You’ll work closely with the IT team and other departments to provide great user experiences and support a secure, well-functioning digital workplace.

What you can expect from us
- IT Support & Troubleshooting: Provide frontline support for hardware, software, and access issues, mainly for Mac users.
- User Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage user accounts and access using tools like Okta and Google Workspace. Device Management: Support the setup, configuration, and tracking of devices through our MDM platform (e.g., Mosyle).
- Procurement Support: Assist in ordering, inventorying, and deploying hardware and software.
- Tool Administration: Help maintain IT systems including Google Workspace, Okta, and other productivity and security tools.
- Security Basics: Follow and help enforce IT security best practices, including patching, access management, and basic compliance checks.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and up-to-date IT documentation and contribute to process improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Work with other departments to support IT needs and assist with IT-related projects.
Your profile
It would be absolutely fantastic if some of the below apply to you.
- Have some experience with tools like Google Workspace, Okta, or Mosyle (or are eager to learn).
- Enjoy solving problems and helping others with technical issues.
- Are familiar with macOS and general IT best practices in a business setting.
- Have a basic understanding of IT security and device management.
- You are based in Hamburg (or close by) to work from our office
- Your English is fluent (German is a plus!)
- Are comfortable with troubleshooting issues and documenting your work.
- Are curious and enthusiastic about learning and automating where possible.
- Thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy sharing knowledge.
