A leading outdoor apparel company in North Vancouver seeks an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within the Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex travel arrangements. This position offers a salary range of CAD 82,000 to 112,000 and hybrid work opportunities.
Department: Supply Chain Reports to: Senior Executives within Supply Chain Location: North Vancouver, BC
Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As an Executive Assistant within our Supply Chain organization, you will support specific Senior Leadership within our function. You’re a master in the art of organization, with a particular knack for scheduling, time and travel management, and providing the support necessary to help maximize their impact. The leader(s) you support and their networks are set up for success by your prompt correspondence and proactive, solution-based approach. Your natural adaptability allows you to flourish in an environment that often requires nimble rearrangements, and you consistently remain calm, cool and collected while balancing multiple priorities, including contribution to Supply Chain level project coordination. You enjoy working within a high-paced and hyper-growth environment. This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
$82,000 - $112,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$82,000 - CAD$112,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and / or training. The upper end of the range is typically reserved for candidates with demonstrated expertise that is above job requirements or who bring exceptional directly transferable experience.
