Job Duties

• Advise customers on the care of their cars and the importance of vehicle maintenance.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries.
• Follow up on the progress of repair orders throughout the day.
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We Look For :

• A positive attitude!
• Previous Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong technical and mechanical knowledge is required.
• Experience with the Honda brand is a plus.
• Understanding of CDK software is an asset.
• A valid G driver's license.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Friendly, trustworthy, and customer-focused.
• Team-oriented with a desire to excel in customer service.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
