Qualifications

  • Experience with calendaring, expense, travel, and client lifecycle support.
  • Must have advanced technical skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Bilingual (FR) is an asset.

Base pay range

CA$30.00 / hr - CA$32.26 / hr

Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract Bilingual Senior Executive Assistant. Hourly pay range $30-32.26

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate with various colleagues daily
  • Support consultants and teams with the development of reports, marketing materials and contracting documents, within agreed upon timelines
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and travel arrangements, expense reporting in Oracle
  • Provide project setup and maintenance support (including project set-up and contract administration, file maintenance, etc.)
  • Support colleagues with all forms of internal and external client communications as requested (phone, e-mail, meeting set-up, etc.)
  • Perform filing, billing, and other support activities
  • Support the collaborative team environment by partnering with other administrative staff through workflow, partnership, and teamwork to support all team needs
  • Increase efficiency by identifying ways to improve processes
  • Support special projects as required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • MUST BE FLUENT IN FRENCH - NATIVE FRENCH SPEAKING FROM QUEBEC PREFERRED
  • 5+ years' experience providing administrative support
  • Experience with calendaring, expense, travel, and client lifecycle support
  • Must have advanced technical skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Comfortable with a predominantly remote working environment
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
