Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience strongly preferred.

Job Duties

• Advise customers on the care of their cars and the importance of vehicle maintenance.
• Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries.
• Follow up on the progress of repair orders throughout the day.
• Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
