Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant to lead complex change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in change management and a proven track record of successful organizational transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
2. Conduct complex impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
3. Design and deliver advanced training programs and workshops to support change initiatives.
4. Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to integrate change management activities into strategic plans.
5. Provide expert coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them lead change effectively.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and make necessary adjustments.
7. Create and manage communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
8. Mentor and guide junior change management consultants.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
2. Extensive experience 5-7+ years with complex change management, organizational development, or a related field.
3. Deep understanding and ability to apply change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
