Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of procurement experience in MEP sectors (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials and suppliers in the region.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large procurement projects within the construction or infrastructure industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of UAE procurement laws and regulations is an advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with international MEP suppliers and familiarity with MEP standards.
• Experience in procurement related to high-rise building projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC, lighting systems, plumbing components, and building automation solutions.
