Natural Immix Health Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Manager
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $55.00~$57.00/hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week
Number of Positions: 1
Work Location: 2170-1368 Kingsway Avenue, Port Coquitlam, BC V3C 6P4
4% vacation pay
$500 Health Spending Account
Job Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of a department
Manage and support staff responsible for records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other administrative services
Oversee corporate governance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements within the organization
Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
Conduct interviews, manage hiring processes, and oversee training and professional development for employees
Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency
Job Requirements:
Experience: 2~3 years of experience at a professional level in business administration, finance or administrative services are required
Education: Completion of secondary school is required
